Program Overview:

Combat East Africa’s deforestation crisis with Sure Wave Foundation! Tanzania loses over 1% of its forests annually – equivalent to 400,000 football fields. Our hands-on program places volunteers at the frontline of conservation through reforestation, community education, and ecosystem restoration across Arusha’s threatened landscapes. Whether you’re planting indigenous trees in degraded highlands or leading beach cleanups along the Swahili Coast, you’ll directly protect biodiversity while empowering communities with sustainable practices. No experience needed – just passion for our planet!

✅ Train farmers in permaculture techniques

  • Carbon Trek: $150 (plant while hiking Kilimanjaro foothills)
  • Mangrove Kayaking: $95 (coastal restoration + marine education)
  • Wildlife Sanctuary: $120 (2-day conservation immersion)
