Gift-Donation Program

When selecting gifts for Christmas or any special occasion, consider making a donation to SURE WAVE FOUNDATION in honor of your gift recipients. Each recipient will receive an email from us informing them of the donation made in their name and how the funds will directly help orphans in Tanzania. This meaningful gift embodies love, compassion, and empathy while making a lasting impact.

To participate, simply complete the form below. If donating on behalf of multiple recipients, please attach a Word or Excel document with their details. Our follow-up includes an initial email notification of the gift-donation to each recipient, followed by a postcard and a letter.

For companies making bulk donations, please select the ‘Company’ option and upload a Word or Excel file with recipient details. Ensure all required information is included to streamline the process.
